Have you ever had a bad morning and you think, “What else could possibly go wrong?” and something else does? Have you ever had a strong feeling that something was going to happen and it did? 6. Accept what you have put into motion.
Acceptance is often the most difficult part of the process. Do you feel worthy of receiving and having what you are asking for? If not, what is holding you back? You can have some fun practicing your skills by sending thoughts to your pet. For example, send a thought to your pet that it is feeding time. Imagine that you are feeding your pet. Incorporate as many of your senses into the experience so that it seems real in your imagination. Then consciously send the thought out to your pet with love. Does your pet come running to you? The more that you practice, the easier it gets. Now of course if you have any doubt it makes everything more difficult because doubt will block the process from happening. Doubt is also a thought.
Here are a few things to consider as you become more purposeful in directing your thoughts to manifest good things in your life.
A thought in its most basic form is nothing more than raw energy. This energy is received by our mind and then it is given a direction to follow. We take the energy and we create ideas. Some ideas stay in the realm of our imagination and remain only as a thought. These are however still received and felt by our body. Other thoughts are acted upon and become the impetus for a new invention or a new creation. Either way, these messages are received by the world around us and they influence what happens next, directly or indirectly. One thing always leads to another.
Our homes have electrical outlets for our use. Electricity is available because it travels between a positive wire and a negative wire. It requires both polarities of these wires for the electricity to travel to the outlet. We can plug a lamp into an outlet and get lighting for our home. We can use the electricity to run our refrigerator or our computer. If we choose to, we may stick our finger into the outlet and get electrocuted! What we choose to do with the electricity is what makes the difference between a constructive or a destructive outcome. The energy simply follows the direction that is presented. The electricity itself isn’t good or bad but how it is directed and used

The subconscious mind only recognizes now time. The past is over, and the future isn’t here yet. All that is left is right now. When creating thoughts for manifestation, imagine you already have your desired goal. Make it as real as possible in your imagination as though whatever you are wanting to create is already yours.
Have you ever thought of someone that you haven’t seen in a long time and shortly afterward you receive an e-mail or a phone call from them? You may say, “What a coincidence, I was just thinking of you!” Is it really a coincidence or were your thoughts transmitted and received on a subconscious level? There are unlimited ways that you can experiment and decide for yourself whether it is merely coincidence or whether something more elusive and powerful is occurring.

The FAST system is unique in that it’s in continual flux. Nothing can ever remain the same and that’s the inherent beauty of it! The process of improving function is alive and ever evolving. But, don’t worry; the information and specific tools I give you will move you toward an increasing confidence in applying intuition in every situation.
That’s FAST. Now let’s explore the first area of the system in greater depth:
That we each define functionality for ourselves may make it difficult to understand, because we’re dealing with something involving a whole new paradigm shift. The exact languaging can be a challenge because we are actively creating a new language. At the same time we are experiencing the meaning of the language. Added to this complexity is knowing that this understanding doesn’t necessarily come from the thinking mind. It can be extra perplexing! But don’t get hung up on the details of how this all works.
You must discover your own definition of what is functional for you, based upon how it feels; it is unique for each of us. You have to know how it feels for you to be in the full flow of function. This knowing is by its very nature experiential. It is not something that can be experienced via the understanding of others.
Even under the best of circumstances,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], communication can be challenging. How can we expect that words any combination of 26 symbols-accurately and effectively communicate what we’re trying to convey from a place, which includes physical existence, yet is not limited by it? The FAST system is so simple even someone with an MBA can’t screw it up! Remember, the emphasis of a formal MBA training was to look for problems so you could then figure out a way to solve them. The A is Adaptability; to make (something) suitable for a new use or purpose. Ask yourself, is it adaptable? If yes, am I ready to shift any belief or behavior, which limits me in any way? However, if there is a fly to be found in this ointment of self-help it is the realisation that, unfortunately, many methods have been unsuccessful in creating lasting changes and few people are actually successful at achieving goals. Although the allure of a successful life and a habit-free existence are promised, and we are given specific instructions and attractive ways to go about achieving this,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the methods work for a time and then for one reason or another the light goes out and we revert to our old behaviour. Even the most promising methods found in the blockbuster best-sellers, work for a while and then, somehow we lose our focus and also lose their importance in our lives. Exciting ideas, great breakthroughs and inspirations, which at first seem like all we ever wanted, become once read or half read books sitting on a shelf.
If lasting benefits have been elusive one would have to question why we would collectively pour over $100 million annually into these deficient methods. Obviously, there is a tremendous need, which we share, to solve our problems in the easiest and most pain free manner possible. “If one method has not worked perhaps an alternative method would”, seems to be our psychology, and so the question then becomes, “what if some of the methods have not delivered the desired result?"
A tremendous outpouring of positive thinking methods has erupted into the marketplace and is being met with enormous public acceptance. Among the more notable and recognisable figures to offer a success formula was Norman Vincent Peale,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], in his landmark book,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], The Power of Positive Thinking. Countless others continue to follow, all offering, in some form or fashion, a method or formula which,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], when implemented, will yield the results for which we are looking. Today, instructions or how to materials suggesting ways to make more money, be a better manager, lose weight, set goals or just generally be more successful and live a happier life have come to represent a $100 million industry. Unquestionably, tremendous personal and social benefits are arising out of this new consciousness and the message is clearly, “if you cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel, get down there and light the jolly thing yourself”.
Much of the success and popular acceptance of the nutritional and exercise aspects of the self-help movement is due to our acceptance that by changing old habits, new behaviours would result and a healthier life could be achieved. And so, finding methods for changing behaviour has become the foundation stone for self-management.
Analysis of what has worked, and what has not, reveals three missing ingredients from almost all self-help methods.
Our five senses recognise millions of bits of information every second, far more than our conscious awareness can register, but just because we cannot consciously register all this information does not mean it is gone forever; our subconscious awareness accepts the information instead, and stores it away in our data file,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], our library of values, memories, expectations, beliefs, skills, habits and patterns of behaviour. It is from this data file that our values, opinions, skills and personality and emotions are formed. And so the present us is the result of all the ideas, inputs and influences which we have stored since our conception.
APPROACH -- In our approach to establishing a new behaviour,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the third and also the most critical ingredient is a new frame of reference containing a new word-for-word set of directions for the control centre of our brain.
We live in a world of Quantum change and these changes require us, moment by moment, to use our most powerful assets, thought and choice. With the focus on learning and responsibility for self-management, a good tool-kit of realistic life skills is a wise investment. Subliminal learning has a role to play; it is a tool, a very valuable tool. The more diverse our capabilities the better prepared we will be, to move quickly and surely, as old opportunities fade and new ones arise.

YES…Absolutely! Your daily thoughts, daily intricacies and habits are what shape the outcome of your day, week, month, year and life.
The answer is:
Did you ever say to yourself,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], “What was I thinking?” Good question to ask, but the tense of the verb is wrong. “Was” is past tense and you want to challenge your mindset and assumptions before the fact, which is to say before you act - not after.
Something to think about: My friend Vic Johnson - infopreneur, internet marketer and multi-millionaire - helped me become conscious of thinking about what I’m thinking about. (And - duh - that’s something to think about.) At Vic’s live seminars he hands out a wrist band that has the letters W.A.I.T. on it.
What are yours?
YES…Absolutely! He was not aware (or maybe he was) that I could see every emotion he was processing. More importantly, he was unaware that he was cutting off his ability to receive information that could have benefited him.
Everyone expresses emotions differently, and in the seminar setting, people will often times share some deep, personal stuff. That’s cool. In my public presentation role as a speaker, trainer, and motivator I see all of the typical expressions you can imagine. Being in front of a crowd lends an interesting perspective for evaluating physiology and faces. Instead of just seeing one face you’re seeing,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], say, five hundred. And (ideally) they’re all looking at you!
Did you ever have a moment when you noticed someone’s non-verbal gestures or physiology totally contradicted what they were saying? Or,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], while you were speaking, someone’s facial expressions were so animated you could tell exactly what they were thinking?
Lots of people are credited with this next quote, but regardless of who said it first, it stands true.

The title of this FYI could have been Every Day Matters or, since we’ve stepped into the land of spelling and grammar, Everyday Matters. My Everyday Matters help me realize that Every Day Matters. What I am thinking and doing consistently will either drive me down or catapult me forward toward the goals I’ve set for myself.
No doubt you have. I find it fascinating — and sometimes very entertaining.
Case on point: I was in Puerto Rico recently giving a motivational talk at a company’s annual awards meeting and, there he was. He was sitting … with his arms folded across his chest … rolling his eyes back … wrenching his neck … and almost flinging his head off his shoulders when I began to talk about goals and how every day matters.
The acronym stands for What Am I Thinking? Most people go through the day not thinking. It’s like being on auto-pilot. We think, but we don’t stop to think about what we are thinking about.
I’m often asked by the CEO or the person running the event to talk about goals somewhere in my program. It’s a big topic. Everybody knows the importance of goals but I’ve discovered that most people don’t invest the time to write them down in detail.
So here’s the $64,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],000 Question: Are any of your “daily intricacies” affecting your ability to learn something new?
Wait! Wait,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]! Don’t worry. Today’s FYI isn’t about goals. Don’t be like my friend in Puerto Rico and roll your eyes or move on to your next email,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. I want to share with you something more important than goals,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
You see, to create your Best Year Ever! - which leads to a Best Life Ever! - Every Day Matters. Your daily thoughts and actions matter.

Still … Every now and then I get a Doubting Thomas in the audience. You know who I’m talking about,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the kind of person who already knows everything there is to know about business and life.
FYI ACTION IDEA: I want to encourage you to THINK about YOUR Everyday Matters,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], your Daily Intricacies and how they affect your Every Day Matters. They all lead to creating YOUR Best Year Ever! and a life filled with love, joy and abundance.
This might sound like I’m describing habits to you, and you’re partly right.
Even better: Although it can be distracting, I’ve experienced the phenomenon so many times that I now use the moment of realization to signal me to actively listen so I don’t get caught up simply watching someone’s facial gymnastics. As a result, my communications skills have improved dramatically.
